Please submit case studies of M&A deals where you know or have seen business intelligence techniques have been used effectively … or perhaps where you have noted that they could have been used to have made the deal more successful than it was.  These cases can be related to any step in the merger process from strategic design to valuation through to post-merger integration, and could include where individuals have used business intelligence techniques to their own personal or professional advantage as well during or immediately after a deal.
